Vaughn is responsible for building both foundational and forward-looking data capabilities to enable LPL’s strategic business objectives while integrating advanced analytics and AI across the organization.

Vaughn brings to LPL 25 years of experience driving AI-powered digital transformations and enterprise-wide data strategies for global financial institutions. Previously holding a role at JPMorgan Chase where he most recently served as Managing Director, head of Product and Transformation for Consumer and Community Bank Finance, transforming that function from a dashboard approach to more cutting-edge technology. Prior to that, Vaughn led a full digitalization of the investment bank at Jefferies Financial Group, building 30 data products in AWS across equities, fixed income, and wealth management businesses.

Vaughn lives in Larchmont, NY, with his wife Stacey, children Gray and Giselle, and their dog, Sebbie. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, sailing, and skiing. Outside of work, Vaughn is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI. He also serves as a strategic advisor to two start-ups advancing AI in business communication and mental health diagnoses.
