Jennifer is a senior executive for Global Wealth Management, US. She represents UBS internally and externally, building relationships with clients, prospective clients, partners and as an industry ambassador. Jennifer leads teams and businesses to scale and realize their potential. She has a particular passion to help women overseeing capital: investors, leaders, and financial advisors.

Prior to her role as Vice Chair, Jennifer served as Division Director, growing the business to $5 billion in revenues and over $700 billion in client assets. Jennifer provides a senior voice for wealth management, asset management, and banking collaboration, guiding innovative product integration. Jennifer serves on the Board of Trust and Will, a fast-growing digital estate planning company. She also teaches leadership development and mentors both within UBS and to MBA candidates.

Before joining UBS, Jennifer led the Executive Client Relationship Group at Merrill Lynch and US Trust, providing private wealth management services for ultra-high net worth clients. As co-head of Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking (private wealth) group in New York, she doubled the business by aligning channels to client industries and creating alliances through specialization. Prior to that role, Jennifer led Merrill Lynch’s West Region from San Francisco, overseeing 43 branch offices, 800 advisors and over $150 billion in client assets.

Jennifer is recognized as a leader and influencer in the banking community, with accolades from top media outlets such as Barron’s, Crain’s NY, Los Angeles Business Journal, and San Francisco Business Times. She received the “Most Powerful & Influential Woman” award from the National Diversity Council and was named an “OC Visionary” by the Orange County Business Journal. Jennifer serves on a Board of Directors for Trust and Will, a digital estate planning company. She also serves as an Advisor for Graceada Partners, a real estate private equity firm.

Jennifer earned her MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she received the Distinguished Leadership Award. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

Jennifer is an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). She is also a member of Wharton C-Circle and C200, invite-only groups of senior corporate leaders and Board Directors. Jennifer adores her husband and children, prioritizing family, faith, fitness and impact.
