Andy Blocker is a principal with Edward Jones and serves as the firm’s Head of Policy, Regulatory and Government Relations. In this role, Andy oversees the development and execution of a proactive, strategic policy agenda that identifies and addresses key legislative and regulatory issues impacting the firm and its clients.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Andy brings deep expertise in navigating complex policy landscapes. Prior to joining Edward Jones, he served as the Global Head of Public Policy and Strategic Partnerships at Invesco, where he aligned global public policy initiatives with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Andy has held senior leadership roles in government and advocacy at organizations including SIFMA, UBS, and NYSE. His work has consistently focused on mitigating regulatory risk and unlocking opportunities for constructive engagement between business and government.

Andy holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University.
