Sam Gobrail is the U.S. Head of Delivery & Solutions at Upstage, where he helps enterprises in regulated industries—from insurance and financial services to healthcare—adopt and scale AI responsibly.

He leads solution delivery and enterprise implementation, ensuring Upstage’s AI platforms deliver measurable results while meeting compliance and security standards. Drawing on a background spanning law, product strategy, and digital transformation, Sam bridges the gap between emerging technology and practical enterprise outcomes.

Before Upstage, he led large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies and federal agencies, modernizing customer experiences and delivering data-driven product strategies. Earlier, he practiced law and managed multimillion-dollar federal portfolios, shaping his approach to governance and operational excellence.

Sam holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from American University, where he also teaches. He is passionate about advancing technology that serves people first, helping organizations harness AI to drive meaningful, sustainable progress.
