Robert is a Manager in our Market Data & Forecasting team. He joined in 2008 and has led published and bespoke studies on self-service banking hardware and software, cards, and payments. His market-level research has focused on the German-speaking countries, India, and other parts of Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He also has extensive experience in designing and delivering Datos Insights' events for financial institutions and technology providers.

Robert is based in London. He holds a master’s degree in French and German from the University of St. Andrews.
