Emma started her career as a Corporate Lawyer and has worked across numerous jurisdictions and customer segments from Global Banking & Markets, Private Bank, Retail Wealth and Retail Banking in Europe and the Middle East. 

Having joined HSBC UK 10 years ago, Emma has held numerous roles including Deputy General Counsel, HSBC UK and Head of Product & Platform for Retail Wealth. 

In her current role, Emma is responsible for all Cash journeys in HSBC UK’s branches and all cash and banking journeys outside branch including through Cash Access UK Banking Hubs, the Post Office estate and HSBC Local.
