Leopold is a self-driven; results-oriented and strategic Information Systems, Digital Banking and Transformation Specialist with over twenty-four (24) years of professional experience in delivering advanced solutions and implementing both technical and business strategies for major entities. He is presently leading the Technology Transformation Strategy of PBL over the past four (4) years, resulting in a quick rollout of various cutting-edge solutions, making the Bank an emerging force within the digital space.

Among others, Leopold was adjudged, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Year 2017 during Ghana Information Technology & Telecoms Awards (GITTA).
