Paul is the Chief Operating Officer of Fintech for MVB. He has over 30 years in financial services, including the last 25 years in the Payments industry. Paul’s experience has included working with Payments Innovators, Regulators as well as all participants in the payments value chain. He served as Co-head of Payments for the Bancorp bank where he provided support and oversight for key payments relationships as well as playing a key role in helping shape compliance and risk management strategies and as Head of Banking for MoneyLion helping to build out the RoarMoney DDA program.

Throughout his time in the industry, he has participated in various governmental and industry trade and working groups, including both the IPA and IRS working groups on Emerging Fraud Trends.
