Neil Baquiran has over 15 years of expertise in payments and currently leads Visa Direct's bank sponsor channel partnerships for North America. Neil is responsible for growing the money movement bank sponsor ecosystem and advises banks and their enablement partners on implementing and accelerating their Visa Direct adoption across domestic and cross-border use-cases on card, account, and wallet rails. He also matches fintech’s, enablers, and financial institutions with sponsor bank partners to drive strategic growth and seamless implementation for Visa Direct's clients. Neil also built and led North America Visa Direct’s early go-to-market/commercialization and enabler solutioning teams. Prior to Visa, he led financial services teams and growth initiatives at Blackrock and Walmart eCommerce.
