                                                    Peter is a Senior Manager of Global Advisory Services at Diebold Nixdorf and is responsible for data analysis with national and strategic accounts.  Peter works with some of Diebold Nixdorf’s largest accounts to analyze existing processes and offers solutions to improve the customer experience.  Over the last 20 years, he has developed numerous customer experience measurement programs that have been tested and implemented across the globe.   
Prior to working at Diebold Nixdorf, Peter was a customer. He was the Senior Market Research Manager at M&T Bank where he was responsible for measurement and analysis of customer experiences, across all business lines and touchpoints. Before that, he worked for Nielsen where he also developed customer improvement plans for food and beverage product lines.
Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Buffalo School of Management and currently resides in Buffalo, NY.
