With over 15 years in financial services and digital innovation, Katie is focused on delivering seamless, high-tech and high-touch experiences that empower both clients and frontline bankers.

Prior to Synovus, Katie served as Vice President of Digital Product and Experience at Aflac, where she also led U.S. innovation through its digital accelerator, Hatch. Her work has earned industry recognition, including the CIO 100 Award for digital innovation.
