With 25 years of payments industry experience at the executive and board level, Jeremy L. Kuiper joined Team MVB as Executive Vice President, Fintech President in June 2024.

Mr. Kuiper is focused on leading, developing and growing MVB’s Fintech Banking Team, across all payment activities including issuing, acquiring, gaming and payment/money movement products and services. Mr. Kuiper leads the strategic direction of the Fintech division working with internal leaders, Fintech partners, network relationships and private equity/venture capital colleagues.

From 2019 to 2024, Mr. Kuiper worked at Pathward, serving as Executive Vice President, Enterprise Development. Prior to joining Pathward, Mr. Kuiper led The Bancorp Bank’s Fintech Solutions division serving as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director. At The Bancorp, Mr. Kuiper led all of the payments business both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Mr. Kuiper has served in senior leadership positions with BankFirst and United Credit National Bank and has served as the Chairman of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, now known as the Innovative Payments Association, along with serving on the boards of various Fintech organizations. He has worked with Cohen Circle as an advisor and participant in a number of Fintech related SPACs.

Mr. Kuiper received his B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Augustana University.
