Steve Turley is Head of Retail Growth and Transformation at TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank. In this role, he is responsible for leading strategy for the physical distribution network, including transforming our stores to meet changing customer needs and expectations, building long term market growth plans, store expansion and optimization, and distribution project execution. He also partners with retail technology to drive transformation of devices and capabilities in our stores in order to enable legendary customer service.

Prior to his current role, Steve served as Senior Vice President, Market Planning Lead at Bank of America. In this position he led the development of long-term market growth plans across Bank of America's nationwide franchise, including expansion of de novo branches and new branch formats, branch closures, and ATM deployment. He also led Bank of America's retail branch expansion into several new markets including Denver and Minneapolis. Previous roles at Bank of America included management of the bank's "New BAC" network optimization initiative and ATM deployment and measurement.

Steve graduated from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and currently lives in Long Island, NY with his wife, daughter, and two sons.
