As the Head of the ATM & Cash team, Chad is the accountable executive that leads a team of 130+ associates responsible for ATM and Cash Operations supporting Capital One’s Retail, Small Business, and Commercial customers. His team manages a national network of 261 Branches, 58 Cafés, ~75K ATMs and ~100 Cash Vaults that enable Capital customers access to their funds. Chad currently serves as co-chair of the ABA Large Bank ATM Operations group and is an active member of the US ATMIA Advisory Board. Prior to joining Capital One, Chad held leadership positions at NCR, FITTS, Wincor Nixdorf and IBM.
