I'm active member of the financial group's Risk Policy Committee, North Region Credit Committee & Assets & Liabilities Committee. I'm also the secretary of the Derivatives Committee & the president of the Investment Services Committee.

Currently, I’m in charge of the LIBOR/TIIE transition directive & the adoption of Basel IV framework.  

My professional experience includes the Mexican stock exchange, a global US investment bank, a Global Canadian commercial bank and a tier 1 Mexican commercial bank. 

My educational background comprises the GARP Financial Risk Manager certification, the Moody’s Commercial Credit certificate, a PLD program from Harvard Business School, but also, an MSc in risk, MSc in finance, and the financial management MBA from one of the most prestigious universities in Mexico, better known as ITAM. I'm also a Cornell Johnson School of Business & Queens Smith School of Business MBA.
