Gillian is a Manager in our Market Data & Forecasting team specializing in banking automation technologies and digital payments. She joined in 2018 and is an experienced analyst and project manager. She leads Datos Insights’ Global Branch Transformation study and the conference programs for Datos Insights’ Retail Bank Transformation events. She is also a regular contributor to the Banking and Payments Bulletin.

Gillian is based in London. She holds a degree in French and Linguistics from the University of Oxford.
