David joined Western Reserve Group in 2020 as Assistant Vice President of IT Application Services, where he was responsible for overseeing all application support teams and contributed to the execution of key strategic initiatives. In 2023, he was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. In this capacity, David provides oversight and guidance to all areas of the Information Technology department and serves as a member of Western Reserve Group’s executive leadership team. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement while improving delivery effectiveness across the organization.
Prior to joining Western Reserve Group, David spent 18 years with Westfield Insurance, where he began his career as a software developer before advancing into various IT leadership roles. Earlier in his career, he served as a consultant with Electronic Data Systems for seven years, supporting Delphi Delco Electronics in Kokomo, Indiana.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Milligan University. He resides in Massillon, Ohio, and remains actively engaged in his community as a Jackson Baseball Trustee. A dedicated supporter of youth athletics, he also serves as an assistant coach for Jackson High School’s freshman baseball team, as well as you can see him on the baseball field umpiring high school and youth games.
