He has broad experience working within the federal government and commercial sectors including, retail, manufacturing, industrial, technology, media, and financial industries. John is known for his ability to clearly articulate cybersecurity strategies and execute enterprise transformation efforts that focus on collaboration and team empowerment. Throughout his career he has shown the ability to deliver and scale innovative solutions across multiple industry segments and Fortune 100 organizations. John has served in multiple cyber practitioner roles throughout his career and applied this experience to modernize security transformation for numerous organizations. In John's current role as Executive Director, he leads the Enterprise Security Architecture, Cybersecurity Assurance, Cyber Risk Reduction, Cryptography, Identity and Access Managment, and Cyber Security Solutions teams driving the future of Cyber at First Citizens Bank.
