Shannon Rolinger leads the Social Engineering Defense arm of the Cybercrime team at TD Bank, focusing on strategy in the telephony, domain, and brand protection spaces.

She joined TD Bank in July 2025 after almost 8 years at Bank of America serving in operations for Cybercrime and Cyber Security Operations. She led the SOC in Charlotte and more recently managed the Threat Reduction Team focused on Brand protection and takedown processes.

She got to Bank of America by way of the United States Navy, after a brief stint as a Financial Advisor. She spent 8 years active duty serving as a Nuclear Engineering Officer, completing two deployments with several different duty stations. She has her Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a BA in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma. She volunteers with the Mecklenburg County Domestic Violence Speakers Bureau and spends her free time staying as active with her family as possible. She lives in Pineville, NC with her husband, step-son, two young children and a rambunctious puppy.
