As part of KeyBank’s Enterprise Fraud Services organization, Stacie Purcell serves as the Fraud Solutions Executive responsible for Fraud Policy, Operational Excellence, Issues Management, Project Management and Client Experience. Prior to joining KeyBank, Stacie spent 10 years within Citibank’s Global Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention organization where she held several leadership roles including the Head of First Party Fraud and Abuse, Head of Consumer and Commercial Fraud Policy as well as the Head of Fraud Authentication Policy across all channels for the US Branded Cards, Citi Retail Services Cards and the US Retail Bank. Prior to arriving at Citibank, Stacie spent 15 years at First Union/Wachovia/Wells Fargo working in various areas of Fraud Prevention and Loss Management. Stacie was recently named as part of the first-ever Top 25 Women to Watch in Fraud Prevention list which honors trailblazing female leaders across the fraud prevention space.
