Bob Shiflet retired from Wells Fargo in 2023 as head of the firm’s 2nd-Line Fraud & Insider Threat Risk Oversight organization, concluding nearly three decades of leadership in fraud risk management. At Wells Fargo, he also led the front-line Enterprise Fraud Risk Management organization and served on the Wells Fargo Management Committee. Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager of FICO’s Fraud, Security & Compliance business, and also held senior global fraud leadership roles at both Citigroup and Bank of America. Bob has contributed to industry advancement through service on MasterCard’s Global and U.S. Fraud Advisory Councils, Visa’s Executive Risk Committee, and as chair of the FSR Identity Theft Assistance Center Board. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Army veteran, he is based in Franklin, Tennessee, and continues to consult and advise organizations including The Knoble and IronVest.
