Kristin Gemma is a managing director in Global Payments Solutions (GPS) and a member of the leadership team for CashPro®, the award-winning banking platform used by 40,000 business clients around the world. Kristin has responsibility for CashPro Communication Products & Strategy. Products under her purview include receivables, metrics, and proactive communication tools and personalized user education. Her team also manages the communication strategy for internal stakeholders and external CashPro users. Under her management, client adoption of CashPro has continually increased, as covered by the press and in Bank of America quarterly earnings presentations.
Prior to her current role, Kristin was a Client Experience product manager for CashPro, leading the delivery of a number of improvements including: CashPro Search (recently enhanced with additional investigations capabilities), CashPro homepage and navigation transformation, multi-statement download ability, and first-time user guided onboarding. Before that, Kristin was a product manager and program lead for CashPro data reporting. She also worked on the application process for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), the completion of which occurred within just one week. She additionally worked on a user experience modernization program and paperless statement migration.
Kristin started her career at Bank of America in 2014 in the Treasury Management Analyst Program (TMAP) after graduating with a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. Following the TMAP program, she became a Treasury Sales Analyst supporting clients in the Financial Institutions segment, before transitioning to the CashPro product team in 2018.
Outside of her day job, Kristin leads the Associate & Analyst Employee Engagement & Inclusion Council and the global TMAP Alumni Network. She is an active participant in the bank’s Women’s Leadership Council and the Women’s Bond Club, an industry association. She volunteers for the International Rescue Committee and the Good Dog Foundation. For her contributions to the bank and to the broader community, Kristin has been recognized internally and externally: as a finalist in the 2024 Women in Payments U.S. Rising Star awards, a finalist in the 2021 Women’s Bond Club Rising Star awards, and winner of a 2023 Bank of America D&I award.
