Annie Goldman serves as the Executive Director of Treasury Management & Merchant Services responsible for the development and execution of commercial payment strategies that deliver innovation and growth. Annie has more than two decades of financial institution experience. Before joining First Merchants Bank in 2023, she served as the Director of Go to Market, Commercial Payments & Treasury Management at Fifth Third Bank. Additionally, Annie served in various Treasury Management roles at Comerica Bank including Product Development, Product Management, Relationship Services, and Strategy and Risk Management. Annie has a proven track record as a creative, influential, and collaborative leader who builds high-performing teams, transforms existing business lines, and drives profitable client loyalty.

Annie holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) from the Association of Financial Professionals. Annie enjoys traveling with her husband Mark, volunteering at the Friendship Circle where her daughter Molly works, and watching University of Michigan football.
