Carolyn has over 25 years of banking experience including Treasury Banking Operations, Treasury Management Product Management, Market Management and Sales.

Carolyn currently serves as the Executive Director of Treasury Management at Arvest Bank, a $27 B private bank headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She joined Arvest in July of 2017 to create and transform the 19 different functional areas serving the needs of Treasury Management customers into a single Treasury Management Division. Since Carolyn joined, TM sales have increased over 500%, TM revenue has increased over 377% and the division efficiency ratio has improved more than 62 percentage points.

Carolyn holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Sweet Briar College in Sweet Briar, Virginia. She is also a Certified Treasury Professional.

Prior to her current role, Carolyn joined SunTrust in 2005 as the product manager for Checks including Deposited Items, Remote Deposit Capture, Image Cash Letter, Returned Items and Float Pricing and Availability. She was promoted to a product solution line manager in April 2008 as the Receivables Solutions Line Manager. In May 2009, she was promoted again to lead the entire Treasury Management Product Management team. In 2013, she was asked to create the Specialized Sales Consulting team at SunTrust supporting the diverse needs of complex business clients through leading a team of Treasury Sales Consultants. This team focused on specific Industries and client segments as well as business process improvement and product integration across the United States. In that role, Carolyn served as the primary liaison between the SunTrust Treasury Sales team and their Product Development and Demand Management teams to inform and drive change in the Treasury Product Development Roadmap. She was also responsible for the 1-month Treasury rotation of the Wholesale Development Program at SunTrust which rotated a new batch of associates in to Treasury each month of the calendar year.

Carolyn began her banking career with Central Fidelity (Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company) in Virginia. At Wachovia, she held several positions of advancing responsibility including as a part-time Treasury Sales Analyst while completing her undergraduate degree, a trainee in the Banking Operations Management Training Program, Research & Adjustments operations, Return Items operations management, ARP operations management, Lockbox operations management and regional Customer Support Services Operations management for Treasury Operating Services.
