Jessika has 20 years of business expertise encompassing a wide range of business disciplines in intersecting industries – payments, banking and fintech. Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Jessika advised large software companies on how to monetize payments as a regulated payment facilitator. In addition, Jessika led the product development and go-to-market strategy of an integrated omni-channel payments experience for a vertical software company that processed $3B in sales volume with a 65% profit margin.

Jessika has held executive positions with Worldpay and Finix. Jessika was part of the executive team that built the Worldpay bank distribution channel, creating unique business structures to partner with banks to augment their treasury management product offering with merchant services. During her tenure in the bank channel, top line revenue grew from $15M to $350M+ through partnering with Capital One, Comerica, BMO Harris and M&T Bank (including People’s United Bank)

Jessika earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She went on to study at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio to earn a master in business administration.
